7-day service
guarantee
At Valentina Beauty Lounge we stand behind the quality of our work. Nail services include a 7-day guarantee covering early lifting, detachment or chipping of the polish or product applied.
The guarantee does not cover broken nails, damage caused by impacts or improper care, or the natural growth of the nail.
With the right aftercare, results usually last between 22 and 25 days, depending on the natural growth of each client’s nails, their lifestyle and the upkeep the nails receive.

Appointments
All our services are by appointment only.
Deposit
A $35 deposit per client is required to book your appointment. It is applied to the cost of your service. It is non-refundable, with no exceptions.
Late arrivals
We allow a 10-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be rescheduled.
Cancellations
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows
If you miss your appointment without notice, a new deposit may be required to book again.
Guests
Please avoid bringing guests unless agreed in advance.
Service changes
If you would like to change the service you booked, let us know in advance so we can set aside the time it needs.

Which service is best for my natural nails?
It depends on their condition and the result you want. Rubber Base usually works to level and support flexible nails; Hard Gel or Builder Gel add more structure. Valentina confirms the right technique when you start.
Can I bring a reference design?
Of course! Bring a photo or send it before your appointment, and we will adapt it to the shape and length of your nails.
How much does a custom design cost?
It depends on the technique and the level of detail. Send us your reference and we will confirm the price before your appointment.
Do fills cost less?
The price of a fill depends on how long it has been since your last appointment and on the condition of your nails. We confirm it when you book.
